Sanchong Land Office, New Taipei City Government was founded on November 11, 1975, subordinate to Department of Land Administration New Taipei City Government, manages land administrative affairs of Sanchong District and Lujhou District.
Five departments provide the following services respectively:
- Land Registration Section:
Land and construction review and approval.
- Land Survey Section:
Land and construction survey, cadaster keeping and document issuance, land expropriation, public land appropriation and other service.
- Land Valuation Section:
Land price adjustment,land value issuance.
- Land Cadastre Section:
Land and building registraion, general,official document receiving and sending and official seal.
- Information Management Section:
Database management, electronic cadaster information processing, evaluation of ownership transaction land value and written request of registration management.
